Incorporating Switch with other workflows
In the late 2010s Image Options started their research into preflighting. They decided to try Switch, as it can be integrated with PitStop and the other editing tools they were already using. Straight out the gate, this combination of Switch and PitStop helped them tremendously when completing big orders. In 2020, they also started looking at what else Switch could do for them apart from just the preflight process. That’s when they started using Switch to add bleed, create cut paths, change colors and so much more.

Building on what they already had
In time Image Options started linking their hot folders together and later linking those processes into workflows. This allowed their operators to get away from doing mundane tasks that consumed most of their day and focus instead on other more valuable things. Staff as a whole were thankful for the introduction of Switch, with some calling it ‘mentally refreshing’. Not only were they saving time and money but they were also increasing customer and employee satisfaction.

Reducing waste
Using Enfocus technology has also enabled Image Options to safely nest multiple jobs on the same sheet, saving them money and reducing the amount of waste they produce. On top of helping them to save time, save money, increase customer and employee satisfaction, using Switch and PitStop has also helped Image Options to become a more environmentally friendly business.
